Verify window treatments if you like privacy Positive: The townhouse was clean and located in a quiet area. The primary bed was highly comfortable, and the showers had excellent water pressure. Negative: Be aware of many hidden rules not discovered until you book: you must alert the hosts after booking if more than 1 person in your party has a different last name than yours. Have a back-up. The entire lower level completely lacks privacy: no window treatments (except for a bedroom) leaving the main living spaces ENTIRELY exposed to the outside world. The host claims blinds are on order, but past reviews show this privacy issue is at least six months old; verify they are actually installed before reserving if you care about privacy. The house is filled with micromanaging signs ("do not leave dishes in the sink", "use coasters") and despite a large cleaning fee we received a text with some checkout chores at 9:30 p.m. the night before leaving. While the host promised a refund for the cleaning fee due to lack of privacy, I ultimately had to get Booking.com customer service involved to force the refund through.

Great place we love it so much. Positive: Every thing was perfect, very clean and quiet place. Negative: The only thing , not related to the property , it is the location, it is far away from everything, you must have a car , you have to bring even the water and there is no supermarket nearby.

Positive: My son enjoyed the TV in the room, in general the house was very welcoming. Negative: Coaches needs to be washed.
